How do I enroll in a course?
- Go to Shop page.
- Browse or search for course. You may use the catergories links.
- Click on the course you wish to take.
- View the summary and click “Add to Cart”.
- Use Coupon if available.
- “Continue shopping” for more courses or “Proceed to Checkout”
- Login or Register.
- Proceed to PayPal for payment or “Place Order” for free course.
- Click on “My Courses” to view your courses and start learning!
What Payments Can I Use?
- All payments are made through PayPal.
- Payments with a credit card can be made without a PayPal account.

All courses purchased are final sales, and no refund is available.
Go to Corporate Packages
Choose the course you would like to use.
Fill in the organization name, Choose number of seats (Quantity) for course desired.
Click Add to Cart. Register or login and process payment.
After payment go to Group info.
You will be able to add Team members and monitor progress of Team Members.
How long does a course take to complete?
The courses are designed as a one-day seminar so approximately 6 hours.
Your course(s) are accessible for one year from date of purchase.
What is the pass mark and am I able to rewrite a quiz?
Pass mark is 80% and you have as many retakes as you need.
A certificate is issued for download after passing the course.
You can register from the Login/Register menu tab, or you will need to register at the checkout. Registration is not required to browse our courses.
Registering is required to allow you to track your purchases and progress on courses, download your certificate upon completion.
Training Manuals Download
Training manuals are listed under the Materials tab. The manual can be viewed online or downloaded.
To download right-click the link and “Save Link As” to save to your computer.
You can also open the file in your browser and clicking the save icon. You may also right click on the screen and click “Save”.
